3) Who referred you to Resurrection or how did you find out about us? A website? Was this an in-game friend, RL-friend or family member; and if so what are their character names? I reviewed the www.resguild.com website and after consideration, put in this application.

4) Please post the following information so we can get to know you better (whatever amount of detail you are comfortable with): I am a working adult with a family living in Virginia. My job keeps me extremely busy and after an 18 month WOW break, I have returned. I have previously been a guild master and after careful review of Resurrections policies and code of conduct decided to apply to Resurrection. It appears to be casual and well organized group of adults, which I believe is extremely important. I like to maximize my WOW time, and feel dealing with other like minded individuals is a way to do that. I would like to be part of a casual team working towards mutual success.

5) What are the names, classes, and current level of the characters applying to the guild? Makuto 45 Hunter, Makuta, 70 Druid, Makota, 68 Mage. After an 18 month break I started a new Hunter on Whisperwind and moved my other characters over.

6) Have you been in other guilds on our server? Which ones? No.
