I have read the guild's Rules of Conduct, and I do agree to follow those rules.

3) Who referred you to Resurrection or how did you find out about us? A website? Was this an in-game friend, RL-friend or family member; and if so what are their character names?
I was invited to an ICC10 raid with Resurrection on the evening of April 22nd (though how they selected me for an invite is unknown to me). The people in the raid seemed like a good group, so I requested the website URL so I could submit an application.

4) Please post the following information so we can get to know you better (whatever amount of detail you are comfortable with):
EXAMPLES:
a. Short introduction. Tell us what you would like us to know about you.
I'm a 22 year old IT professional. Graduated last year with a B.S in Computer Science. I'm currently pursuing my Master's Degree while working part-time. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with, even if I am a bit weird =)

b. Prior MMORPG gaming and guild experience.
Mostly WoW - Vanilla, BC, and WotLK. I have dabbled in a few other MMOs such as Warhammer Online, Star Trek Online, and Guild Wars but none have had any staying power. I've been in a number of guilds over the time I have been playing WoW, but they were all on the Horde. I stopped playing WoW for almost 8 months, but came back at a friend's request. However, this friend was Alliance so I had to do a faction change. I have no raid experience in an Alliance guild (though I doubt Alliance guilds are much different from the Horde). I've played every role possible (MT, heals, and DPS), and after some experience, feel very comfortable leading a raid.

c. What is important about a guild to you?
The most important thing is little to no drama. I have enough going on in my life and I don't need a game that I should enjoy playing adding any stress. I want to enjoy playing WoW with the people in the guild, and of course, I would like to make progress on raid content. While raiding and progression is important to me, I do not consider myself a hardcore player, and only raiding a couple nights a week and slow progress is fine by me. I've never been past the first boss in ICC and I'm looking for a good group that can learn it with me. Last night, we had an issue on Marrowgar, and even though we wiped a number of times, nobody started whining or quit the raid out of frustration - this means more to me than quick raid progression. There seems to be a universal understanding in Resurrection that people are learning the content and therefore patience and a certain level of maturity is required.

5) What are the names, classes, and current level of the characters applying to the guild? (Main & Alts)
Washberne - 80 Death Knight (DPS at the moment)
I tanked all the way through Naxx with Wash, so if you need a tank I can gear/spec for that as well as DPS. I'm also thinking of starting an alt (possibly a healer) who may join if Wash gets in.

6) Have you been in other guilds on our server? Which ones?
(We have cross-guild recruiting agreements with allied guilds that may have to be considered)
I'm currently in The Twelfth Man. I'm only in the guild because the friend who got me back into WoW is in that guild. I've never raided with them and I'm listed as "Friends and Family" in the guild roster.
