Just to show you all that even some guys can cook, I'm going to throw one of my special recipes out there and let you try it for yourself!
For all you mac & cheese lovers (and Jureal & Puga know, cause they've had it before!) this is a nice variation of the plate which can go great as a side dish to a meat (or other veg. Gnelza!), so enjoy!
Macaroni Casserole
- ½ cup chopped onion (small onion)
- Tablespoon of butter/ margarine (enough to sauté onion in small skillet)
- Can of Campbell’s Cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup of milk
- 3 cups of cooked elbow macaroni (1 large package, 16oz.)
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar or Velveeta (1/2 block or more, poss. Mixture of shredded cheddar on top)
Cook onion in butter in small skillet until tender
Blend in soup, milk and onion with cooked macaroni.
Mix in Velveeta.
Place in buttered bake dish and top with cheddar cheese (I like shredded sharp cheddar).
Bake 25-30 minutes @ about 350 degrees (until cheese is brown on top)
Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Thought I would share a quick and easy vegan recipe with you (and it doesn't even involve TOFU!!!!) Hmmm...don't know if I can trust your culinary suggestions after that whole toffuti debacle.
But it does look tempting...Aren't blueberries still in season?
