I love the combat rogue style...but getting to 41 pts within it to get the "no longer dodged" stuff...I'd have to take a bunch of useless stuff, at least in my opinion. So, I made a 30/31 spec. Think about it: Seal Fate with max evisceration damage, 40% crit chance bonus after a kill (for lvling/grinding/big instance combat), sword spec, blade flurry, the list goes on and on. It'd be crazy...me thinks.

Having looked over the new improved rogue tree, and thinking of how I play Malthazar, I wanted to be able to be a dagger specialist but if I stumble onto a fancy sword still be viable, so I set up a 15/41/5 build. Since I haven't hit 60 or seen the end game raiding stuff, I don't have a real idea if this would be any good or not
DPS for the win?

I've made up a few for my favorite characters, and planned characters.
Warrior - I love how protection is going to be viable for DPS now =) Warlock - I just don't find any of the new talents to be worth it, so I've created a super build based on the older talents. It has the DPS of a destruction heavy build and the survivability added by Soul Link and MD. Paladin - Don't know much about Paladins, but I think this would be a viable build. |
