Hello, I'm applying though I figure there's a good chance I won't get in, due to me not having a reference from anyone currently on Resurrection. But I've really dug everything I've read about Resurrection in the past, and I've been trying to find a good group to raid with on my main toon "Jimthedead".
I have reviewed the "So you Want to be a Member" post, as well as the Rules of Conduct (which I agree to). I found resurrection thru postings on the main WoW forum-- and was referred to this website by a toon in game named Scarloc.
Real life info: My name's Eric. I manage a media company, which makes videos, graphic/web design, and photography. I also manage a entertainment publishing company, which specializes in comic books and movies. A book I wrote comes out world-wide in March '09, and I'm touring the country to promote it.
My prior MMO gaming experiences include guilds I created on COH, AOC, and SWG.
Raiding and finding mates to quest with are the pro's of joining a guild, and that's what's important to me.
My main is a lvl 58 DK, specced for blood currently, though re-training in Plague once he's higher.
I was in a guild on the server called Knights of Cydonia with some RL friends, but due to time commitments, the guild has since moved on.
Again, I realize typically Res membership is invite only, but I've been hoping to find a good guild to team with, so I've gotta try, right? |
