Wander around stormwind, write down the names of 20 random toons you don't know.
Mail a lump of coal to each one with a note that says "Merry Christmas!"
That's about the best bang for the buck I can think of for your 20 coal. :-) |

Update:
My bank alt has a completely full inventory of mostly lvl 40 and below greens/blues etc and random crafting items.
Please send me (Wildsong, if she is online) a tell in game if you would like to know what I have available, and I can hook you up. I will eventually be making a list of everything to post here so people can make requests. |
