Im in need of a shield spike...im thinking Iron shield spike.....I am also in the market for the "icy chill" enchant for my other sword.
I can get the mats I just dont know who can do what. 
Any takers????

There are several blacksmiths in the guild that can do Iron Shield Spike. Actually, I think you are high enough level for Mithril or Thorium Shield Spike.
My paladin can do Iron and Mithril. I don't think he has the Thorium Spike recipe.
As for enchants, My rogue can do Icy Chill. I've never actually tried that enchant myself. I've always heard that it did not work very good (not as good as the description). Fiery is not too expensive compared to others. I've seen math analysis that says that Fiery is the highest DPS enchant except for fighting mobs in MC & BWL (who are largely resistant to fire). Crusader is also an excellent choice for DPS. I chose twin +15 AGI enchants for my rogue, but I don't think those help warriors as much. You could also get +Str enchants. That might actually be a good one.
I can do all of those on my Rogue (except Crusader). I have the Timbermaw rep for the +Agi and +Str enchants. |

I know Jeidynzon has the Mithril, but dont remember off hand if I have the Thorium spike. As I recall, it was pretty expensive on AH and not a real popular item for people to put on their shields. Most warriors would rather have a defense enchant on the shield. Just give me a tell in game if you see me. I will be happy to put one on for you.

I have the firey enchant on one of my swords via molt. Thanks Jeidyn and Tref, i thought about the defense for the shield and come to think of it
that might be the better enchant. Tanks are supposed to hold aggro not kill in a group so the defense would be the better way to go. |

| Oh yeah! SNAP! I remember another reason people were against Icy Chill in PVE. It was another debuff on the limited 16-max mob debuffs. That doesn't matter now in TBC. |
