Bandits Reborn posted a walkthrough on the SLACK forums. I haven't been there to make a good judge of the tactics, but it looks like good information. It's their notes of their progress so far into that dungeon.

The run tonight was accomplished in this manner:

Priest
Warlock
Mage
Warrior
Rogue**

**denotes the wildcard slot that can be replace with Hunter, Paladin, Druid, Shaman

The strategy was pretty straight forward...

The main tank aligns each Rift Lord in the pathing area of the other mobs that come through the portal. While in defensive stance, thunderclap is a huge advantage because when they pass through, the warrior can stop them right there and then.
At which point the Warlock (having his Felguard pet up) would engage the add and fiercely and efficiently take him down, while the mage will assist if needed. Between the adds, the focus returns to the Rift Lord itself.

Once the Rift lord is down quickly there is time to get mana again before the next rift opens.

The First boss fight is fairly straight forward. Have the tank with his back to a tree so he doesnt get knocked about. And in the same manner of aligning the Boss with the adds that come through, and essentially the same deal with the previous rift Lord rifts except its just a boss this time.

The Second Boss is a Netherdrake which, again, straight forward fight, which once in a while he will set a spell where it will tick on the tank causing more damage, which the tank can move around. And again, same manner of keeping the adds in check at The Rift itself.

By now it is Wave 13 (after the 2nd Boss) These last 5 waves *hint hint* are now actually increased in timer. This is where the beacons reallly come into play. Once the tank gets enough aggro on the Rift Lord, One person will use his/her beacon to assist with the wave. Once that is done... rinse and repeat for the final 4 waves. Once the rifts are down (18/18) the big bad Dragon boss comes, but you have about 1 min or so depending how you have been doing.

The Final Boss is a basic Tank and Spank, except he does hit like a mach truck, so let the tank get enough aggro before you engage and steady dps. He does cast a Time Stop spell that lasts for about 5 seconds but other than that he does not do anything else too fancy.

At the end a neat event and then you turn in.

Good Luck and Godspeed, I will also assist of course, since this evening by pure happenstance was an influence of Karma.

Well last night was Fun march 13th after a combo of disgusting things Occuring, Internet Screwup ( company end) People beign disconnected among other things we did not beat the instance but we sure as Heck made an Attempt @ it. I know I am beating my head aghinst a wall, But it is Keeping me going we will get this instacne done, Acium and Ssabre did an Excellent job going andtaking the adds down, me and Way Beat the Tar with help from "glenda the good witch". we got to the First boss, beat him to a Pulp. Got to the Second boss This is where we hit some Probs. First off he ain't taunable *blech I say !!!* so we tried a Numerous amt of things to beat him down, and well we got him down ONCE but we Wiped doing it and Medivh's Shield was gone >< but we got a Piece of Phat loots out of it. Truthfully we will get this down i would say this instance requires some of the Class Balance that normally we haven't seen, But this is supposed to be tough and it is.

We let Chirly Sit and Drink inbetween Battles with sabre on his Lock he happily Produced the Healthstones till chirlly and her 10k mana got back to a resonable lvl. i was probally a Little than i should have been had what? I think over a 22.68 Crit % and I tell you what i was crittingl lol I pulled mobs off way while he was in Defensive *bad Beer Bad* to hence to save way some healing i did Evasion tank some stuff but to say the least we will do this and we will learn HOW Do to it with Multitudes of other classes

Bakc then it WAS hard. I think guildies are pretty well geared out now and it's a cake walk ^.~. This is what we're going to be saying about Khara and Gruul in time, just as UBRS used to be hard. =)

lol smolt, it's been a good 5 months and tons of new gear- the first time i was in there was all green gear from hellfire and zanger 5 mans/questing. that was rough!

last time i went, we all almost seemed bored because we had such good control over the encounter- me: "yeah dude's coming, i'm going to drink" way:"yeah go for it, I'll be fine." compared to my first time... me:"OMG I'M OUT OF MANA!! DEAD..." leader:"OMG GOT A SPAWN, WHELPS FLYING AWAY!!!"
