very nice. I love that kind of stuff. True or not, it is my favorite kind of "scary" story.
I don't know about the Japanese Yakuza and all that, but I bet you
anything that wealthy governments (US/Russia/etc) have done research
into developing weather weapons. They would be the ultimate form
of stealth attack. You can attack someone without them being able
to claim that you did it. Those weapons and bio weapons aimed at
crippling economies (destroying crops and stuff like that) are
definately the cutting edge of weapons development in the post nuclear
era.
