• I added the emoticons onto the drop-down toolbar. While not quite as easy as the side-smilies had been, these actually work. Let me know if you do or don't like this change.
  I may extend the editors by another 10 pixels in width to make up for the new space alloted by having the smilies gone.
• I modified the toolbars to remove needless buttons and try to get it down to three toolbars. I personally think it looks much better and lost nothing that had been used. Please let me know if I got rid of something that you used.
• I lowered the picture size allowable for upload from 200kb to 100kb. This higher size was unintentional and this brings it in line with the rest of the site.
• I modified the CSS for the spell checker to be a bit more pleasing to the eye when you have misspelled words.

Forum Permissions
After having a discussion with the officers/council members, I made the following changes to the forums:

• Guild Forum: I removed the ability for 'Guild Alumni' to read/create/reply. Any goodbyes will be moved to the Off Topic area.
• Public Forums: Non-members can reply, but not create posts. This applies to all forums in that forum group. This addresses some of the spammer issues that have started to crop up over the last couple months. While this doesn't completely solve it, it at least helps.
• Description Changes: I updated a couple of the forum descriptions to better reflect what the usage and rights are. This applied mostly to the Off-Topic area and the Guild Application area.
