To gain access to the Resurrection private forums, you must register with the guild's portal (the site you are currently browsing) and then post to the 'Guild Applications' forum below. Once you've been confirmed, you will be granted rights to access and post to the relevant forums.

Yeah, hehe ... funny and all that.
I don't think Microsoft knows how to laugh though. This has to break some trademark and copyright laws. It is fine to make one for your own use. The moment you start marketing and selling forged trademarked items, it is a whole different ballgame.
I can't believe some idiot bid $600 bucks for an empty box. They could buy a real XBOX for less than that and get a real box. Hmmm ... come to think of it, it might actually be worth something if this ever becomes a big story. Maybe it isn't so dumb after all. If this thing becomes a national story and the guy gets sued by Microsoft for selling it, the forged empty box could become more valuable than $600. Who knows??? |

Wow - the poor bastards that got caught up in the bidding. It's funny that the seller's ID is no longer valid - you think he got spanked hard by the eBay goon squad?
I don't think Microsoft knows how to laugh though
And not to mention what eBay's reaction probably was...I think those folks are even less mirthy.
